The world is experiencing multiple housing crises. From rebuilding Ukraine to providing quality housing in Africa to replacing homes lost in Australia’s floods, there’s an urgent need for quality homes to be built immediately.

Rather than just importing cheap temporary prefab stopgap measures, the speed, and quality, sturdy concrete structures that we can provide give us the ability to revolutionize the way housing is rebuilt in times of crisis.

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit Association, we can work together with manufacturers, suppliers, the trades, and governments to not only build and rebuild communities better than before but to also provide new jobs for those impacted by company closings.

The Association will provide training options for members and together we can make a rapid impact.

Imagine having a housing “jump team” ready to deploy within days of a natural disaster—armed with the tools necessary to begin reconstruction immediately.

Equipment can be shipped immediately, with financing supported by local/national governments, and the costs of reconstruction can be covered by insurance payments (potentially saving insurance companies millions in replacement costs) and other sources.

Home designs can be created in advance—based on basic styles for most geographic conditions—so that reconstruction is practically plug & play. Each home would have its’ own “recipe”, so those entire communities can be rebuilt in a matter of a few short months, instead of years.

The amount of political capital that governments can gain from this innovative and aggressive approach would be incalculable. And the people factor—the lives that can be restored—to a quality home, even better than before, is priceless.
